Shipping & Returns:

Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days for a refund. Please contact us for an authorization number before returning the package. Packages that were damaged in shipping MUST be reported immediately to sales@bbds.biz. All items are subject to a minimum of a 5% restocking fee. Store credit or refund will apply after the items are returned to us. Defective goods will be exchanged. All returns must be insured for the full value / invoice amount. Packages "lost " in return shipping will not be refunded. Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded.

Capture Pro Software and Care Kits are NON-Refundable.
