Care Kits

Kodak Care Kits are conveniently bundled service and support options designed to assist your organization with controlling the costs associated with unexpected repairs and maximize your up time.

 They are offered in 1, 2, and 3 year increments depending upon the scanner. Some are ON SITE and some are Next Business Day Advanced Unit Replacement. (NBD-AUR) Check each individual scanner for details on the manufacturer's warranty.

The Care Kit provides the information you need to obtain service quickly and easily. They are used to extend the new product warranty, extended warranty or maintenance agreement. These Care Kits can pay for themselves with just one repair!

Care Kits include parts and labor, as well as telephone support Monday- Friday 8am-5pm customer local time. Terms of agreement are from original purchase date of scanner.
